Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Program

Save Our Strays is offering a low-cost spay/neuter program to the pets of Huntington Beach residents. The cost is $30. For Medicare and Medi-Cal recipients, the cost is only $5. All dogs must be licensed and proof of residency is required.
